Abstract

There are many uses of digital technologies in the film industry in most of its details, especially in films that rely in their structure on the author’s cinema. Their representations and embodiment in most cinematic films were the focus of attention and focus by the audience receiving this type of films that were combined with digital technologies that contributed significantly to Showing them in different creative images of all types and trends, whether they are horror, science fiction, CGI films, or even films made with a Mocap motion capture suit.

This diversity in the use of digital technologies has had a great impact on the production of films that varied in their artistic form, some of which were created entirely through computer software, some of which had characters created on the computer through a motion capture suit, and some of which the environment, place, and accessories were created using computer software, especially Color, lighting, sound effects, and action scenes in all their forms: action, war, explosion, flying, jumping, etc. are among the scenes that were brought to light through digital technologies.

The film “In Time” is one of the embodiments of digital technology that blends reality with science fiction. The idea of the film was adopted absolutely in this sample. The film is based on the idea of coupling this technology with the embodiment of the film’s message, which is that people work in order to prolong their lives and not in order to obtain the money. Therefore, the research came under the title (The artistic and technical embodiment of the film form of the author’s cinema). The first chapter included the research problem, which centered on the following question: What is the artistic and technical embodiment of the film form of the author’s cinema? The aim of the research, its importance and its limits, while the researcher divided his second chapter into three sections, the first of which is entitled: The artistic and expressive use of digital technology, and the second section stated: The technical structure of form and content in the author’s cinema. The third section dealt with: The artistic and aesthetic use of digital technology, so that the researcher concludes with: A set of indicators. The third chapter included the research community, the research sample, the research tool, and the analysis of the sample that the researcher chose for research necessities, which is the movie “In Time,” while the fourth chapter included the results, conclusions, and the results drawn, so that the research ends with the sources.
