TRADITIONAL EDUCATION IN UNIVERSITIES IS FINISHED

Abstract

 This study aims to investigate university education from its beginning and then follow its development through the past years until the appearance of virtual university learning, which has developed through modern electronic and digital technologies using computers, smart devices, and the Internet as a communication tool for contemporary teaching. From here, university education takes off to its new horizons, which will lead education during the coming period to a new world, transforming physical, in-person universities into virtual universities that utilize the vast space to spread education throughout the world with integrity, credibility, and distinction. Thus, traditional education in universities will depart from the scientific arena.
