THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE ADMINISTRATION IN PROMOTING COMPETITIVE EXCELLENCE IN PALESTINIAN ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPANIES
Abstract
This study Aims to determine the extent to which adopting innovative management methods can enhance the competitive efficiency of entrepreneurial companies. The study demonstrated that innovative management positively affects competitive advantage dimensions, such as improving the quality of services and products and increasing the market share of companies. Data confirmed that companies adopting innovative management increased their productivity by 30% compared to traditional companies. This study addresses the relationship between innovative management and competitive advantage in Palestinian entrepreneurial companies, emphasizing that innovative management plays a pivotal role in enhancing companies' ability to overcome challenges and achieve sustainability in competitive markets. In the Palestinian context, there is a clear need to enhance innovative practices due to economic pressures and limited infrastructure, making innovative management an effective tool to improve performance and expand business opportunities.
