THE IMPACT OF CONTEMPORARY VARIABLES IN WAQF JURISPRUDENCE-A STUDY OF INTELLECTUAL INFLUENCES

Abstract

The importance of the topic of the research and the reasons to choose it is that the topic of reading is to discuss the criticism process, to prepare it in literary reading or stylistic criticism of the texts. One of the most important things we see in reading these texts is the difference between the Quranic verses and the ways of understanding the comprehension and between the power of coherence with other texts and the production of creative that have produced to us that can be used as a cultural wealth to build a generation or future vision to understand the changing reality with the process of life based on the future vision towards the integration of human identity. Hence, the title has been selected, because of its importance and the reasoning about reading and interpretation is very important, because there are multiple readings of these texts. Christianity and Islam have a strong relationship even before the emergence of Islam through the call of Muhammadiyah.
