Abstract

This study examines financial decision performance, emotional intelligence, level of confidence, and complex social expectations in the context of female entrepreneurs. Using a mediation analysis approach, the study examines the relationships and mediating effects of these variables. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between investment decision performance and emotional intelligence, highlighting the critical role of emotional intelligence in business investment decisions. Furthermore, emotional intelligence emerges as an essential mediator, translating the effects of trust levels and social expectations into financial decision outcomes. These insights have implications for policymakers, business support organizations, and women entrepreneurs seeking to enhance economic decision-making capacity.
