RELATIONSHIP OF JOB SATISFACTION AND MOTIVATION IN BANKING SECTOR

Abstract

The present study investigated the Relationship of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation and has a positive impact on employees and it also increase their work performance. Private sector banks areproviding liquidity payment fluctuations of transaction services faster than the government banks in India the transactions. This study has been made for the identified the people who are working for private sector banks their environments their work motivation and all the related things which can affect the banking sector employees for their job performance and work motivation.

In this paper we usually describe the job satisfaction work motivation in the particular area of Aligarh division private sector banks, the employees working in private sector banks are Satisfied and Motivated with their jobs or not.We usually we take all the variables related to job satisfaction and work motivation like job description and Employment security promotion training salary increment and all other policies related to jobs restrictions are included in this paper
