Abstract

The research paper audits the impact of holistic plan on retailing effectiveness and managerial productivity in data-driven enterprises. The study explores how coordinated plan processes can support improved decision-making, enhance cross-functional alignment, and strengthen cogent practices within digitally oriented organizations. It also determines the act of a data-driven culture in carving these outcomes. Using a quantitative audit approach, the paper calculates the extent to which. Blend plan contributes to performance improvements and whether cultural support augments these effects. The findings show that holistic plan, when combined with a strong data-driven culture, leads to better retailing outcomes and greater managerial efficiency. Originally, the study also highlights several organizational challenges that must be addressed to implement blend plan effectively.
